Orders through our website:

After choosing the wreath or centerpiece to order, tap the red "Order Form" button and type in the Recipient Information. You will have the option of entering a Gift Message and will provide the Ship To address for the item.

Most major credit cards and PayPal are accepted, with payments processed securely through PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to check out - to pay with a credit card, select the "Check Out" button as shown in the example.

Orders by phone:

Call us at 207-479-3505 to place your order. If we are unable to answer at the time of your call, please leave your name and number and we will return your call as soon as we can.

Orders by fax:

Print and complete our Order Form, then fax it to us at 1-866-272-2502. On the form you can provide your credit card information or let us know that you'll be mailing a check or money order.

Print and complete our Order Form, then mail it to the address indicated on the form. On the form you can provide your credit card information or let us know that you'll be mailing a check or money order.

Shipping

Destinations we ship to: We ship only to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States.

We ship daily beginning mid-November. If you need an earlier delivery, or a specific delivery date, just let us know by entering your "Ship No Earlier Than" date below the "Ship To" date when adding your item to the shopping cart. Unlike the big retailers and some of our competitors, there's never a middleman. We can handle your special requests and still deliver the freshest balsam products available.

Our prices include FREE Ground Shipping within the contiguous U.S. Expedited shipping options are also available for orders placed by phone.
